& the owner, Lubo Sharbanov
Originally hailing from Bulgaria, my father holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a successful business owner in the realms of building, construction, and carpentry. Through his endeavors, I garnered my initial impressions and developed a profound love for this industry, acquiring invaluable experience from an early age.
My mother, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, offered me insights into the financial aspects of business. Her teachings instilled in me a deep appreciation for the importance of financial education in the realm of entrepreneurship. Personally, I hold a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, a qualification that has allowed me to establish connections with Nantucket.
As a well-rounded contractor, I approach properties from multiple perspectives, seamlessly combining my passions to transform spaces into cherished homes. This synergy inspired the name of my company—Homephoria—a testament to the euphoria associated with creating a home.
